Refunds and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind.

However, if you have any problems with your order, have received an incorrect item or any of the items are damaged upon receiving, please contact us right away at info@gooseandbug.com with a photo of the incorrect / damaged item.

Cancellations 

Please review your cart carefully before finalising your order as orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed.
